Nothing enters our catalog by chance. Every item has been imagined, designed, and developed in close collaboration with our artisans — then evaluated against strict standards of quality, aesthetics, and durability. That behind-the-scenes work, invisible to the eye, is what makes the difference in your home.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
Our collections are produced in limited runs, because artisanal quality cannot be rushed. We ship from Morocco to Europe, the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and beyond. Shipping fees and applicable customs duties may vary by destination and are indicated at checkout when applicable.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please check it immediately in front of the carrier and note any visible anomaly on the delivery slip. Then contact our customer service by email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will handle your request as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
In the event of non-conformity, we are here to make things right. Contact us and our team will review your request. A replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation. We handle every case with attention and fairness.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS WELL PROTECTED DURING DELIVERY?
Yes. Every piece leaves our hands carefully wrapped and secured. Ceramics, delicate objects, and handmade pieces are individually protected so they travel safely from the artisan's workshop to your home.
