Designed to live beautifully on its own, this basket is woven strand by strand from natural Doum palm leaves and shaped entirely by hand through gestures passed down and repeated until they become instinct.

There is no metal clasp, button or added hardware. The Doum itself is twisted into a delicate knot that keeps the lid closed — a fastening born from the same material as the basket, as though the piece completes its own story.

More than a basket, it is a quiet home for the things worth keeping: a letter, a cherished memory, a small gift or everyday treasures.
